What can I expect from the event?
Two floors. One skyline. Zero compromise.
CLUB 26 is a fully private, ultra-luxury hospitality club designed around the 2026 World Cup where matches are watched properly, deals happen over the days, and nights don’t end at the final whistle. They’re just getting started. This is the room people will talk about long after the tournament is over. Invite-led. 39 days. The kind of summer that doesn’t come around twice.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience has multiple floors held indoors in an air-conditioned venue with the top floor being an open rooftop.
How long does the experience last?
Daytime match viewing runs from approximately 12pm to 7pm. Evening programming runs from 8pm to 2am. Opening and closing times may shift depending on the match schedule for that day check our calendar section for the most up-to-date times.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, please have a look at your ticket to confirm if food is included for you. Gluten-free and vegan options can be requested; for more information, please check your purchase confirmation email.
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is parking available at Harborside.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
It depends on the experience. Daytime match viewing is smart casual. Evening club access is smart casual with a stricter door policy: no jerseys, no shorts, no caps, full shoes required.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
There will not be merchandise for sale at the event.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You can arrive anytime during the operating hours for your selected session. For Day time match viewing, you can arrive between 12pm - 7pm. For Evening sessions, you may enter anytime between 8pm - 1am.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is fully accessible, including lift access to all floors and accessible restroom facilities.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, absolutely no weapons of any kind are permitted on-site. This includes, but not limited to, knives and guns (including concealed carry). Security reserves the right to enforce this policy at the venue entrance.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there are seats available throughout the venue.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms. Please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend you ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is coat check available?
This venue has a coat check. Please ask our staff on site.
Is there an age requirement?
Daytime match viewing is family-friendly, children up to 5 years old enter free, and there’s a dedicated kids activation area. Evening programming (from 8pm) is 21+ only.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
